Darlys R. Doppler Obituary (1947

Darlys R. Doppler, 69, Mandan, passed away surrounded by her family, Wednesday, June 15, 2016, at Sanford Health, Bismarck. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM Monday, June 20, 2016, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Mandan with Rev. Shane Campbell officiating. Visitation is scheduled for 2-4:00 PM with a Vigil/Rosary service at 4:00 PM Sunday, June 19, 2016, at DaWise-Perry Funeral Services, Mandan. Visitation continues one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Bismarck. Darlys was born January 11, 1947, in Billings, Montana, to Herman and Rose (Guthmiller) Hamann. She was raised and educated in Taylor, North Dakota where she graduated in 1965. She married Chuck Doppler in Dickinson on August 31, 1968. Over the years she worked for Woolworths and Walmart- retiring from the Bismarck South Walmart in 2012. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, and traveling via motorcycle with several trips around the United States including Alaska. She also loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Chuck; two sons, Charles E. (Nichole) Doppler, Bismarck, and Jeff (Christy) Doppler, Beulah; sisters, Eileen Roberts, Dickinson, LaDonna (Johnny) Portscheller, Taylor, North Dakota, Deb (Emil) Kuzmann, Weeki Wachee, Florida, and Kaye (Jeff) Neidhardt, Fountain Hills, Arizona; brothers, Jim Hamann, Dickinson, Albert Myran, Dickinson, Randy Myran, Minot, Russ (Jerilyn) Myran, Taylor, and Cordell (Elaine) Myran, Dickinson; grandchildren, Sarah, Jacob, Cain, Maddox, Olivia, and Ava; and numerous nieces, nephews. and special friends.
