Delores Ann Urban

Delores Ann Urban, 78, Hazen, North Dakota, passed away Friday, November 23, 2018, Sakakawea Medical Center, Hazen at. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, December 7, 2018, at DaWise-Perry Funeral Services with Pastor Walter Wolf officiating. There will be no visitation, as cremation has taken place. Inurnment will be in the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan.

Delores was born September 27, 1940, at Belfield, North Dakota, to Henry and Anna (Novotny) Ridl. She was raised and educated in Belfield. She worked side by side with her husband, Duane, for many years, farming, ranching, in the oilfields and just being together. She was a hardworking woman of faith. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, and baking. Delores loved life, her family, grandchildren, and her dogs, "Bear".

She is survived by daughters, Kimberley (Randy) Schaff, New Salem, Juanita (Larry) Goetz, Roseann (Tony) Chester, all of Illinois, and Shelly (Mark) Fassatti, Washington; sons, Rick Ridl, and Shawn Burwick, both of Washington; sister, Claudia Schell, Minot; brother, Rocky (Marlene) Ridl, West Fargo; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Delores was preceded in death by her parents; husband Duane; son, William Urban; sister, Irene Jilek; brothers, Hank Ridl, and baby Donny Ridl; grandson, Zane Urban.
