Kendall Lee Eagle Obituary (1991 - 2020)

Kendall Lee Eagle, 28, Hok!la Hant (Cedar Boy) Cannon Ball, North Dakota, passed away Monday, February 17, 2020 at Sanford Health, Bismarck. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00, Tuesday, February 25, 2020, at the Youth Activity Center, Cannon Ball. Brother George Maufort will be officiating. Burial will be in St. Elizabeth's Cemetery, Traditional Burial at cemetary by Jeff Medicine Horse Cannon Ball. A Rosary begins at 7:00 PM, Monday, February 24, 2020 at the Red Gym. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service at the Youth Activity Center. Kendall was born November 13, 1991 at MedCenter One in Bismarck, ND to Kenneth L Eagle and Gail Marie Uses Arrow. He was raised in Cannon Ball on the Standing Rock Reservation. He attended school at Standing Rock, Cannon Ball, Solen, and Riverside Indian School in Anadarko, Oklahoma. Kendall lived in Cannon Ball and Bismarck the majority of his life. After HS he moved away to the West Coast for a short time with his Aunt and Uncle Troy and Misty Stafford-Lovejoy. It is there that he fell in love with his passion of working on cars, just as his dad did. Kendall helped his uncle in remodeling cars. Kendall was an all around sports lover. He played high school basketball for the Solen Sioux and the Dakota Oyate Eagles. Kendall also joined the boxing club in Riverside. His favorite NFL team was the New England Patriots. And his favorite NBA team was OKC Thunder. He enjoyed watching his little brothers play basketball and was excited to know his daughter Sophia started playing. He would say his little Mia would be his basketball star. Kendall loved spending time with his family, he loved cookouts and family gatherings. He was our peace maker. He enjoyed being around his cousins laughing at all the craziness, teasing and joking. Most importantly, he loved being with his kids, whether it was at the park, teaching the kids how to cook, or just lounging around. He loved being a dad, uncle, brother and son. He is survived by Mother Gail Marie Uses Arrow; significant other Cassandra Kelly; 2 daughters Sophia Louise and Ameilia Grace, Bismarck; two sons Amias Drew, Bismarck and Kaisyn, Cannonball; 10 brothers Seth (Cassi), Kendrick (McKayla), Keenan, Keegan, Keean, Keetan, Kenyan Eagle, Kirk Hollow, Brent Murray, and Kenneth Paulson; 2 sisters JoBeth and Kendra Eagle; grandparents, Lee \u0026 Barb Stafford; uncles \u0026 aunts Don \u0026 Carmen Two Bears, Ava \u0026 Wilbur Red Tomahawk, Debbie Stretches, Troy Love Joy, Misty, Stafford-Love Joy; and many cousins, including Troy Love Joy, Jr. and Jayedawn Two Bears.
