Lacey Jo Long Chase, 24, Bismarck, died, Sunday, September 23, 2012, at Sanford Health, Bismarck. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, October 1, 2012, at the Youth Activity Center, Cannon Ball with Brother George Maufort officiating. Burial will be in St. Elizabeth's Catholic Cemetery, Cannon Ball. A wake service begins at 5:00 PM, Sunday, September 30, 2012, with a rosary service at 7:00 PM also in the Youth Activity Center. Lacey Jo was born November 25, 1987, at Fort Yates, North Dakota, to Jolene White Eagle and Henry Long Chase Sr. She was raised in Cannon Ball where she attended elementary school. She also attended Simile Jr. High School and Bismarck High School. Lacey Jo worked at Prairie Knights Casino as a porter. She was very happy, cheerful, and charming young lady who made friends easily. She so loved her family and was very close to her nieces and nephew. She spent time in Salt Lake City with family members. She became sickly in 2010, but kept herself cheerful. She enjoyed listening to music, joking around with friends and family, writing poetry, drawing, and being on her cell phone. She is survived by her mother, Jolene White Eagle, step-dad, Duane Tikanye, Cannon Ball; father, Henry Long Chase, Sr., Bismarck; her sisters, Joelle White Eagle and Holly Long Chase; brothers, Levi White Eagle and Chauncey Cottonwood, all of Cannon Ball, Hank Long Chase Jr., Bismarck; aunts, Donna (Alton) Summers, Bernadette (Fermon) Brown, North Carolina, Susan (Joe) White Eagle, Fort Yates, Annette (Frank) White Eagle, Deforest, Wisconsin, Merline (Mixay) White Eagle, Salt Lake City, Utah, Lora (Raynard) Howe, Big Bend, South Dakota, Claudia Eagle Boy, Sioux City, Iowa, Mary Beth Hart, Fort Yates; uncles, Earle White Eagle, San Diego, California, and Isadore Eagle Boy, Cannon Ball; grandparents, Victoria Culbertson, Mandan, Blanche White Eagle, and Evangeline Fast Horse, both of Cannon Ball; special nieces, Zoey, Kaylee, Chyna, Joey Harrison, and Xiomara White Bull; A'layciah Preslee Long Chase; nephew, K.B.
