Moses A. Kuntz Obituary (1952

Moses Kuntz, 66, Fort Yates, passed away Friday, March 15, 2019 at Sanford Health, Bismarck. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, March 18, 2019, at DaWise-Perry Funeral Services, Mandan with Pastor Boots Marsh officiating. There will be no visitation, as cremation has taken place. Moses was born August 26, 1952 at Fort Yates, North Dakota, to Adam and Sophie (Tiokasin) Kuntz. He was raised and educated in Fort Yates. Moses enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He loved birds and enjoyed eating at different restaurants. He also liked going to the Casinos. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; three sisters, Helen Thunderhawk, Fort Yates, Loretta Toledo, New Mexico, Josie (Jimmy) Green, Louisiana; one brother, Billy (Renissa) Kuntz, and Adam (Tony) Kuntz, Fort Yates; Auntie Lena Tiokasin nieces and nephews, Kay Ann St. John, Ernest ThunderHawk, Jeanette Condon, Maria Hagel, Richard Toledo, Charlotte Breeden, Janice King, Jeff Green, Billy Jr. Kuntz, Sherri Harsche, RJ Kuntz, Jett Kuntz, Debbie Monroy, Suzie, Robert(PeeWee), Annie, Sharon Hasley, Patty, Karen Halsey, Karen Halsey, David, Trevor Kuntz, Nanette Brosky, Albert Kuntz, Tommy Kuntz, Brett Kuntz, Vikki Kuntz, Adam Hendrickson. Moses was preceded in death by his parents, Adam and Sophie; sister, Hazel Halsey; two brothers, Tony and Thomas Kuntz; and nephew Mark.
