Rebecca A. Trudeau

Rebecca A. Trudeau, 58, Mandan, North Dakota, passed away peacefully Friday, May 9, 2014, at Rochester, Minnesota, surrounded by her loved ones. Visitation is scheduled for 5-7-:00 PM, Friday, May 16, 2014, at DaWise-Perry Funeral Services, Mandan. Becky was born May 1, 1956, at Canyonville, Oregon, to Floyd and Betty (Cady) Dean Sr. She attended school at Lacresent High School and also attended Concord Medical Assistant School. On June 26, 1982, she married David Trudeau Sr. and they resided in Sepulveda, California where their family flourished. In 1993 they returned to David's home town of New Rockford, North Dakota. Becky had many hobbies, including fishing, chatting with family and friends, and crocheting. She will be mostly missed for her gardening, pumpkins for grandkids, and cooking fried chicken when her kids and grandkids came to visit. Rebecca recently moved to Mandan to be closer to her family. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Bill) Bennett, Napoleon; son, David (Amy) Trudeau Jr., Mandan; sister, Darlene Cady, Reedsport, Oregon; two brothers, George Dean, and Floyd (Debbie) Dean Jr., all of Little Rock, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Katarina, Kaylynn, Kody, Skyler, Kloe, and Domonik; and one great-grandson, Greyson. Becky was preceded in death by her husband; parents; daughter, Leann Trudeau; brother, Mike Dean; and brother-in-law, Neal Trudeau.
