VaLada Kaye Glass, 78, Mandan, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Sanford Health, Bismarck. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM, Monday, July 16, 2018, at Spirit of Life Catholic Church, Mandan. With Fr. Todd Kreitinger officiating. Visitation is scheduled for 2:00-4:00 PM with a Vigil/Rosary service at 4:00 PM, Sunday, July 15, 2018 at DaWise-Perry Funeral Services, Mandan. Visitation continues one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in St Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Bismarck. VaLada was born August 10, 1939 at White River, South Dakota, to James and Lydia (Olyer) Muck. She was raised and educated in White River and graduated from White River High School, she then attended Bismarck State College. She married Clarence Glass, May 14, 1960. She enjoyed making flower arrangements, jewelry, and Christmas stockings. She was also a foster grandparent. She is survived by her husband, Clarence; daughter, Tanya Glass; three sons, Todd (JoAnn) Glass, Shawn (Laura) Glass and Travis Glass; sister, Joy Lee Muck; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and her best friend, Brenda Phelps. VaLada was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Brian Glass.
