A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, January 17, 2016, at Peaceful Owl Woman Cemetery, Solen, North Dakota. Vicente and Torrance were born January 9, 2016, at Sanford Health, Bismarck, to Vicente Vega II and Dedra Lerew. Vicente and Torrance are survived by their parents, Dedra Lerew and Vicente Vega II, Bismarck; grandmothers, Verlynn (Gustavo) Rosas, Bismarck and Dawn Israel, Bismarck; great-grandparents, Vicente Vega I, Bismarck, Barbara Wassillie, Fort Yates, and Rose (Louis) DeCouteau, Solen.
